| Effective Date of Catalog: January 1, 2009. Prices subject to change without notice. Artwork: Prices are based on sized camera ready artwork. If art is not camera ready, additional charges may occur and be billed at a rate of $75.00 per hour with a minimum charge of $25.00. Method of Printing: Pad Printing Standard Ink Colors: Black, red, blue, forest green, and burgundy. Due to base material color, the imprinted color will vary between items. Minimum order imprinted: 72 pieces of one style. Less than minimum: Not available, but pins may be combined to reach minimums or price breaks. Normal Production: Varies by item. Shipping: All merchandise is shipped via ground unless prior arrangements have been made. Split/Drop shipments: There is a $ 5.00 charge for each split or drop shipment destination. |
Overruns and underruns: We reserve the right to ship over or under 5% of the quantity ordered. You will be billed accordingly. Freight / Merchandise Claims: Please inspect all merchandise immediately upon receipt. Claims for shortages, damages, or manufacturer's defect must be filed with the carrier within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Title to goods passes to the buyer upon release to the carrier. F.O.B. point is Maple Grove, Minnesota. Random Samples: Samples are available but not refundable and will be billed at unit cost plus shipping. One free sample will be provided if you have us ship the merchandise on your UPS or FedEx account. Returns: Returns will not be accepted without prior written authorization from the factory and only in cases of manufacturer's defect. We do not offer a "Guaranteed sale" program on any of our merchandise. Payment/Terms: Our normal terms are net 30 days. First time order may require a deposit at the time of placing an order. Check, Credit Card, and Wire Transfer are all acceptable means of payment. |
